WORKSHOP
PLAYING WITH YUPO

June 25, 2016 / 9:30 - 3:00

Heritage Eagle Bend Clubhouse Art Room
22135 E Heritage Parkway, Aurora CO

Yupo “paper” is an inexpensive, fun alternative to painting on traditional art surfaces. Made of 100% Polypropylene, it is non-porous surface which resists tearing and buckling and its matte finish can withstand a lot of lifting and washes. In this class, students will learn what to expect from Yupo and how to expect the unexpected! We will explore the many ways Yupo can be used for non-representational, flowers, and even landscapes by creatively manipulating the paper and creating textures by applying salt, alcohol, crayons, stencils and household materials. This will be a fun day of playing and experimenting!
